Welcome to our new and improved website! Please create an account on the “My Account” link at the top of the page in order to see item prices and place orders. Unfortunately, customer accounts could not be carried over from our old site so returning customers will be required to make a new account.

Placing orders will work the same way as our old site. If you have terms with us, you will select the “Terms” option at checkout. All other customers should choose “Credit Card” at check out. After placing your order on the website, our Customer Service Representatives will process the rest of the order here at our office as usual. This involves shipping, invoicing, and payment processing. If you do not have a credit card number on file with us, we will contact you while processing your order.

We now have a shipping calculator on the cart and checkout page. The calculator will not show on the cart page until you have entered a default address on your account or at the cart/checkout page. This is a close estimation to the shipping charges for your order with our usual 20% shipping discount already factored in. The calculator is not perfect, so there is a chance of the final shipping cost fluctuating up or down by a small amount. For customers with their own Fed Ex accounts, there is a shipping option for that. Please include the account number in the “notes” section at checkout unless it is an account number you already use for every order.

Prices for 8.5″ x 11″, 8.5″ x 14″, 11″ x 17″, and Envelope Sheets are per thousand(M). The 1M price is displayed on the product page and will change depending on your material selection. Any quantity discounts will be displayed in your cart after you have added the product. 12″ x 18″ prices are per hundred(C). Minimum orders are 500 sheets. The 500 sheet price does not show correctly on the product page so you will see a “Small quantity fee” added to the cart if you have a 500 sheet order. This is a work-around to adjust the total price closer to what it should be. It is not exact yet so we will manually adjust the price on the sales order when we receive it. We hope to replace this work-around soon.

We are continuing to update and improve the site as it is live, so we appreciate your patience when a page or feature isn’t working 100%.  correctly. If an item shows “OUT OF STOCK” when you select a certain material, this just means that the website item has not been linked to our Quickbooks item yet. Please contact us via email or phone to order the item. We will be working to update and link all of the material combinations correctly to avoid this.
